As I was supposedly post this yesterday but something happened to my dad's memory card but thank God I can recover back the photos. Millions of thank you to that someone. hewhew.
It wasn't really a special dish, but, they're still food. haha
The so-called fried potato wedges. It's still delicious anyway.
So, a quick review on how to make this fried potato(so easy that I really don't have to type this but I just want to :p) :-
- Wash the potatoes. Do not peel the skin off.
- Cut the potatoes into shapes. Preferably a normal potato wedges shape.
- Mix all the cut potatoes with some salt. Not too much unless it would be salty.
- Cut small spaces onto the potato so that it would be easy to cook the inside of the potato and it would be softer.
- Fried the potatoes.
- Serve while its hot! Add more salt if you need it. :)
